Great Book!

This is a wonderful book, and while some folks may not like Joel's Texas accent, I found it to be comforting and REAL. The book gives advice from a supernatural point of view, rather than a prescriptive worldly point of view. If you're open to the idea that God is loving and generous, then this is the book for you. I was absolutely inspired and anxious to listen to it again.

I think is a very interesting perspective for all those who are going through life struggles. It would give you the necessary steps to overcome adversity.

A Feel Good Book

Coming from a very heavily bible-based church I enjoyed this book very much. It conveys the messages from the bible in a very eloquent and positive manner. He takes some of the stories from the bible - like the story of Joseph - and applies them to our life today. If you're not familiar with the story of Joseph, you'll need to look him up in your bible. He uses lots of examples from his own life which make the book enjoyable to listen to. His words are very comforting and inspirational. The book is practical and encourages one to look at every day life at a different perspective - a positive one. I love hearing him read the book. After hearing him, I personally began reading my bible more. I feel his message encourages everyone to become closer to God.
