"Much to think about." (AudioFile)
If I had listened to this a year ago, I would have made fun of it. Between a really emotionally rough year, this audio book, and Michael Singer's The Untethered Soul, it has really re-shaped the way I think and control my emotions and negative inner voice. I will be listening to the second half repeatedly when I start feeling stressed.
Nice relaxing audible book. Great info. With easy to follow steps. I highly recommend. This book. I plan on reading the book as a follow-up.
I love the content of this book, but I love Louise's delivery of it even more. She is so soothing, gentle, and sweet. I could listen to get every day. I really enjoy her audio books.
This book is so good to focus on your life now and how any negative thoughts were stemmed from your passes, her voice is great can listen to her all day very inspiring
"listen again and again"
each day there will be efforts to put in but thank you Louise for being one heck of a teacher. I think the affirmations in this audio are helpful, you can play around with them to find the most powerful and fitting one for you and honestly allow yourself to use the material and cry out the things you forgive. The only thing I want to be more open to at the end is that we are all one in spirit- I cannot visualise this as I see some nasty hurtful people in the mix so still want to put shields up to protect myself from that energy. I wish Louise could give a technique for feeling this and practicing this idea in every day life. glad I listened and gosh you're an amazing woman! <3
