Brilliant but have to listen to at specific times
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
I love this book! The only thing is that you have to listen to it at home or when you aren't doing anything else. Wayne has a voice that is very calming and you could easily fall asleep listening to him.

Excellent Shifting Opportunity
I usually listen to audiobooks at 1.25x rate to get through them. Not so with this one- I wanted to mindfully enjoy every minute of the author's narration. Dr. Dyer offers several easy ways to shift your perspective and see through a lens of divinity. He invites you to integrate a mindful approach to loving yourself.

Love is what this journey is about.
Dr Dyer's journey to the next adventure has began as he left his body and this realm this week but I am so very thankful for the body of work he left behind and has blessed this world with. I waited to read this book and wow it's message was exactly what I needed this week. His voice is so soothing to me and the pureness of his intention to share his message of love makes all of his books worth listening to.
