    "A hardcopy would be better"

The book is really good. Robin shares a lot of good information on personal care for women along with the inspiration to actually do the things they should. However, I wish I had purchased a paper copy. Robin gives many product names and has experts provided advice that would be much more useful to have in writing. For example, one expert gives tips on applying make-up. Trying to remember what products & steps to take for making your lips look fuller (or thinner)is very difficult, especially if you listen while driving or working out.

    "Not for me"

I wasn't paying attention when I purchased this book. The information is redundant; the narration was grating. Dr. and Mrs. Phil are not for me.
