Long daily work commute allows for great listening
I love his voice and how he speaks in choppy sentence that are relaxing. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to begin meditation.
I use this regularly to help me meditate. It's a good guided meditation and not short.

I listen to this guided medication and it is so powerfull that for the first three times I fell asleep listening to it. I managed to be relax and aware on the forth time and after awhile it felt like my body was weighless, just pure relaxation. Very nice experience produced by this audiobook.
