I fall to sleep, hypnotized almost immediately. I haven't consciously heard what the entire book is all about. I just know that I have noticed little positive changes here and there. I have notice I am more active and efficient both at work and at home. Again... little things here and there that I have personally noticed.
I also have to mention that I before listening to this book every night, I was taking 5 to 10 mg of melatonin to be able to sleep the entire night and waking up all drowsy. I don't take any sleep aiding supplements anymore.
After listening to this audio book a couple nights, I started receiving free books and products for review. It's not winning the Lotto, but I haven't bought a ticket either. Sometimes you need to start with the little stuff, which gives you more confidence to work up to the big stuff. Years ago I did win a car, I bought this book to help me get back into the mindset to attract great things into my life again.
A dislike about this book is that after a relaxing span, the speaking will start again too loud. I especially dislike the last track. It always wakes me up! For a book that is made for 'deep sleep', why would it end with a loud track to wake you up???
I really liked the concept of this audio program. The narration, however lacks something and at one point makes an error which is hard to ignore when you are trying to relax and are expecting the error at every listen. The music at the end of chapter 2 woke me up a few different times. I don't really recommend this to anyone who may be sensitive to this sort of thing.

Yes. I've no idea if any of the 'suggestions' and 'affirmations' in the 'hypnosis' actually work, but it certainly relaxes you and puts you in a deep sleep (well, it works for me). I was slightly wary at first, as I thought it might train me to kill my family in my sleep. They're still alive.
I've another in the series, and it is similar. Both are very long. The vocalised 'suggestions' come half way through, when you're in 'deep sleep'.
Hypnosis audios are a bit bonkers (crazy) in my opinion, but they chill you out and get you off to sleep in no time. Perfect for insomniacs. And if the subconscious 'teaching' aspect works, then all the better.
