This meditation reminded me of The Secret by Rhonda Byrne. It is like the practical application for after reading about law of attraction. Reading about the secret is one thing, putting it to use is another. I think the two go hand in hand and you need to find ways to implement positive thinking into your life. This meditation is helpful for doing just that.
I certainly felt more uplifted and in a better mood after listening. It was concise with a soothing soundtrack. It's something I can see myself listening to on a daily basis. This session is useful for making The Secret and law of attraction a daily part of life-which I feel is the whole point of positive thinking. It needs to be a constant thing, so training the mind to be more positive is essential. It was a nice session, I enjoyed it. Will try it again.
