I love the way the author elaborated the things that I can do to be able to trust myself and to trust others.
Some other books are about stories about trust, but this book really talks about self help.

The idea that I cannot forget about the book is the part wherein it talked about how to trust others and how to deal with the anxiety about others.
It's a life changing book if you can apply the principles that are in it. I already offered a copy to my sister and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to improve trust in oneself and in others for better social relationships.
