Publisher's summary

Do you know about Greek mythology? Athena, Artemis, and Aphrodite were some of the goddesses. They were incredibly powerful, beautiful, and often petty and mistake prone. But they were still goddesses. I have long believed that being a woman means we have the potential to be a force of nature. You are beautiful. You are strong in ways that most men don't understand. This audiobook is full of advice, covering a variety of topics including self-improvement, love, money, and relationships so you can unlock the goddess in you - because being a goddess is not about being perfect.

Good for a specific group.

This wasn't what I personally would call a self help book, I was expecting something that has some body to it. while it is very encouraging and uplifting, it was disappointing that it was in a giant list form. Not all is lost though, as you are able to walk away with some gained insight if you are a part of the target audience.

Narrowing that audience down is difficult as I'm not about to tell my preteen neighbor who is struggling to find herself to walk around her apartment freely naked; but yet some of the suggestions may seem a bit redundant to someone in their mid to late 30's.
