"We who know the rigors of athletics honor Joe Montana's career, because it demonstrated hard work, mental toughness, and the inner knowledge and confidence of doing the right thing." The Winning Spirit gives us an insider's view of the makings of this warrior. (Phil Jackson)
The book is certainly helpful and inspiring to lead teams and for self improvement. I liked the 16 principles very much as they are presented in a very practical way.
It's also a good parenting book as the principles discussed in the book are a must in children's education to be sucessful in what ever they want to achieve.
