Absolutely filled with insight yet so simple.

This book is perhaps not for everyone but if it is, what a goldmine of insightfulness. This is not book to just listen to once, but to repeat until you suddenly realise that you are making life to complicated. Everything will suddenly fall into place without you even being aware of it. If you don't believe me, listen to it and start applying the ideas and suddenly you will be living a new reality.

This book was like a download from the Matrix. I really wasn't sure how I would feel about this, based on some criticisms of the authors. However, I will say, I think it's the same thing as communicating with your higher self / source / universal consciousness like during sleep or half-sleep states. It's nothing magical, and anyone can do it, although to be this good at it is certainly a gift. It requires lucidity during the different phases of consciousness. Don't be dismayed by the strangeness, instead, keep an open mind!

Anyways, it's a GREAT book. If you believe in the Law of Attraction, it really explains the nitty gritty of it. The trick is not avoiding all negative feelings. The trick is doing the necessary work to get ourselves back into the Vortex (aka, happy again), RATHER than dwelling in the anger, pain, etc. It's easy and somewhat addicting to stay in these painful stories and the feelings that accompany them. If we can just let them go, however, we will see our lives unfold in the way we want them to - we will co-create our reality. To do this, we have to focus on our thoughts and beliefs. We have to transform our thoughts that are self-loathing, or loathing of others, and find positive thoughts of self-love, and understanding of others. That doesn't mean we have to love their behaviors, but it does ask us to let go of anger and resentment. It does ask us to stop dwelling in self-pity, pull ourselves out by our bootstraps, and take control of our happiness.

Loved this Audible beyond what words could ever say. I can't get enough of Abraham and the Lessons that have brought me out of a dark place and into the light. Ever since I was a kid I always felt Life around me is different. Abraham confirms that life is to be enjoyed, lived!!!
