Not just a 'do some deep breathing' book

If you could sum up The Stress-Free You in three words, what would they be?

Doable, comprehensive...and oh yeah, doable.

What other book might you compare The Stress-Free You to and why?

I haven't really read any other relaxation or stress-reduction books. So in all fairness, I couldn't make any comparison to other books.

Have you listened to any of Wendy Tremont King’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

No, but she has a great voice.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

"I feel the need, the need to breathe!"

Any additional comments?

It's a very good book. As I mentioned, it's very comprehensive. I was a bit put off at first because of a slow start. As I continued to listen, it became more interesting with some great reminders of things I already know to do to relax, but also some new and creative ideas. I'm putting these to use immediately. Great book!

Basically for beginner's Not good for me but okay.

Not a big fan but don't take my experience to seriously. I am constantly trying to improve. This was like going back to basics for me.
