Prepping can be a challenge for new preppers as well as old pros. New preppers can be overwhelmed by the number of tasks that need to be accomplished. This book provides a blueprint that prioritizes the different aspects of preparedness and breaks them down into achievable goals.
Seasoned preppers often get overweight in one particular area of preparedness. The Seven Step Survival Plan supplies some basic guidelines to help keep your plan in balance and ensures you're not missing any critical segments of a well-adjusted survival strategy.

I was listening to one of Mark Goodwin's fiction books, and got curious about general disaster preparedness. I started a free trial of Kindle Unlimited and borrowed this book for free and did the audible upgrade for two dollars. I also borrowed and bought the audiobook for everything else that Mark Goodwin has written. Very enjoyable author. Very tame and level headed for a prepper, but still a little too militaristic for my style.
I loved how well he broke down these 7 elements of survival. Kobler and Goodwin make complex ideas simple and easy by emphasizing the core elements and not getting lost in the details. I will be reading this again!
It not only offers data, but most importantly, good advice and guidance for being prepared for whatever might come.
No extreme reaction, but I'm grateful to know that small steps count when preparing for a disaster.
I wish every home had a copy of this book and followed its advice.
As always, Kevin Pierce does an amazing job as narrator.
I am really enjoying Mark Goodwin's books. Looking forward to reading more of his books in the future.
Very well put together. I really liked all the lists and specific web sites the authors included. I could've done without all the biblical references & quotes though. Stick to survival tips, not religious plugs.
