Very Worthwhile read !

Informative, startling concepts BACKED UP BY A PLETHORA OF STUDIES and personal case studies
NO WORRIES IT IS VETY EASY TO READ !
As Dr Colbert presents a balanced fairly workable solution to the pitfalls of the downsides of our modern life style

It will entail some changes but it works
I have inculcated many/ most of his suggestions and have navigated myself out of most of the physical problems i developed from living life in the modern way

Absolutely Awesome!!!

This is a great book to read!!! Dr. Colbert has several health books he has written. I have been overweight for years, trying everything I could to lose weight. When I started following his plan in his book titled "Get Healthy Through Detox and Fasting," I noticed my weight started coming down, and I started feeling better in my body. "The Seven Pillars of Health has added fuel to my weight loss journey. It is a must-read book for those who are struggling with weight loss and health issues. This book was written by a doctor who knows the importance of health and things that cause good health to decline. His books have blessed me tremendously!!!!
