Phenomenal content. Definitely in my top five favorite books. Extremely practical and useful information, I will listen to this book multiple times over.
Only downfall is there is so much concentrated information that there is very little story and it can be hard to focus. Had to rewind and re-listen to a lot of parts to soak it all in
3rd Book from the same Author after Eat that Frog andPower of Discipline . Loving Brians lucid way of narrating!!
last two chapters are the most valuable. the early ones are generally good for newbies in this area
The narrator giggles unnecessarily and pauses all the time at the wrong places.
The narrator could speak in a louder voice, his voice was too soft.
Regarding the chapter on nutrition, the vast majority of the things he says have been proven wrong.
