(P)2009 Jimcin Recordings
This has some really excellent advice but the style takes getting used to. Some will probably love it and some may hate it. As I said, it took some getting used to but I'm glad I did. Much food for thought.
This book gives you direct information. Other books like it may add a lot of fluff, this book just gives it to you directly. I have already had results based on it's suggestions. Buy this book!
Yes. It boils everything down to the bare concepts of what it takes to get what you want out of life. Not "5 - 7 easy steps to overnight success" type book but the concrete ideas that perhaps those 'other' books were developed from.
Napoleon HIlls "Outwitting the Devil". They share the concept that being able to focus on the goal is paramount to success. Wattles makes this case succinctly.
I enjoy listening to this one when I feel like I need a reminder about what my goals are.
It's a great book that The Secret and other "like" books have talked about, but I like the way Wallace Wattles realized these things back then. It amazes me that people still don't get the facts about life itself and how energy in the world (what I would call "The Holy Spirit") works. But it's a great book for anyone who wants to make money, if you are willing to put his ideas into practice. You only get out what you put into it!
Too much to list, but I plan on applying his techniques on my businesses.
I have always loved this material, and the strategies are very important to anyone who wants to improve their lives in any particular way.
Nothing, the story is amazing. Anybody who listens to this material and applies in their lives, will live a better and fuller life.
There is a problem with the particular recording that I purchased. After chapter 5 the recording seems to go back to the beginning. the recording can only be heard up until chapter 5, thats it!
Bad performance of Jim Roberts due to his lack of emotion for a good part of the book I was sure that it was read by a computer.
This book is extremely dated and has a extremely flawed premise: God does not want EVERYONE to be rich. It's preposterous on a number of levels.
Couldn't finish the book.
I now wonder why I bothered to audit this book.
Its author, (however personally respectable,) was and remains obscure and unimportant. The work is just mysticism crossed with power-of-positive-thinking happy claptrap.
For any realist, the book is mostly a waste of time.
"Don't buy this version of the book"
Written yes, narrated - hell no.
By being the worst ever
Good thing was I first listened to the one by Kevin T. Norris first.
Please just remove this version, for all other people sake.
"Ready to get rich!"
Amazing book and very well narrated. I truly fascinating view on the science behind becoming rich. I have read and listened to many self help books and this is definitely one I will listen to over and over again as time goes on. Start listening with an open mind and watch how your mind and perspective start to change!
"Try others first"
Not a science of getting rich, in fact not science but theology. For a much better expression of largely the same ideas, without the dogmatic overtones, listen to "The Secret". Not worth the money.
