The greatest minds and the greatest money makers in the world of real estate investing are all assembled here. And so is their wisdom, their methods, and their years of winning.
The only thing better than one real-estate expert helping you invest and win is 20 real-estate experts with that same mission.
Robert Kiyosaki, best-selling author of Rich Dad, Poor Dad, has assembled in one big book a star-studded cast of real-estate experts and trusted advisors with one purpose in mind: to share their knowledge and help you win in real estate.
Robert Kiyosaki's team of experts show you how to value a property, handle leases, manage tenant relationships, attain financing, establish your own team of advisors, and so much more.

In his first book since the break up with his busines spartner Robert shows that he was the brains behind the business and the deals... but didn't do the editing of his string of books!!
These tomes lack the directness, cohesiveness and fun value of his past works. While they really do contain a wealth of information they are exceptionally heavy going to wade through all of them.
Possibly a far better reference in print, for page turning etcetera, and possibly even best as a text book in training courses.
The content on the audio book was thorough and very well thought out. The purposeful sequencing and pacing is extremely versatile and helpful.
delivery...wanted more crisp clear voices...less smoker throat...or would be a FIVE star.
I like the content of the book really much. I am applying Kiyosaki`s principles to my new real estate business. I rather have an option to download to MP3 directly, so I can easily play it in my car while driving.
Really good book for those starting out in real estate or intermediate skill level. I wish it was a bit better organized - at times the order of the experts seems random. It's great that you get to hear the perspectives of many different types of experts - CPAs, lawyers, property managers, and even interior designers. The Donald Trump chapter, while a nice bonus, was really weak and contained very little substance. Also, some of the experts promote their own stuff a bit more than is comfortable (most of them are good about this, but some repeat their book name a few times). Overall, good buy. Won't be disappointed.
Yes he is a great author, but this book is way too long and goes into way more details than I want to hear. too many stories and does not get to the point fast enough
This book was 3 seperate books when it could have been shortened to one. There was some interesting info in about half the chapters and tax law and who to surround yourself with. Other chapters were filled with obvious information like "Choose real estate in a good location". I found myself swithing away from the book at times and skippin whole chapters. The narrators read the book like monotone robots and it made me tired while listening. It was good, not great.
This book provides a wealth of knowledge. It is true you probably need both the audio version and the book. It is jammed packed with lots of helpful information.
Made it less complex...this book seems to be for people who already know a lot about real estate.
Better strategies on how to build a portfolio instead of narrating what they have done.
He is too broad. Some of the stuff he is talking about is common sense and other topics are out of reach for most investors
The whole book is horrible
Too broad. Most of the information you hear in this book is common sense. Not for actual investors, but instead for that person who is thinking about investing. If you already have a few units, this book is quite worthless. Everything he says is way too general and the examples he uses are out of reach for the typical investor. He talks about multi-million dollar acquisitions and yada yada yada yada. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.
"Better than expected!"
Having read many of the Rich Dad Poor Dad books and being extremely disappointed, I was extremely skeptical about this book. After reading it however I must say that it was extremely interesting. The book covers a range of issues from Financing, Zoning, Contractors, legal issue, restructuring of assets and more. The book is more targeted to large scale developments as opposed to the Buying and renting apartments on a smaller scale.
Some readers may find a lot of the material over there own experience as I did however it certainly will make you think more about different aspects of the industry.
Overall a good read. I would highly recommend it to anyone in an industry related to Real Estate. The Examples are based in America but the concepts can certainly be applied elsewhere.
"brilliant book !!!"
This book gives you a brilliant insight on how real estate should be managed properly in order to gain cashflow. It is based on commercial, retail real estate and property management ; you won't find a lot of intersting things on flipping properties and capital gain, though (the author is not a big fan of it). There are lots of examples that are coming from the real field, which I loved. You should definitly like the rich dad poor dad collection to really enjoy this book, I believe. Finally, I definitly recommend this audioprogramme to any lay investors interesting in real estate matters. this purchase will make you smarter and give more KNOWLEDGE.
"Six month review."
Yes. He is very interesting, although not all his theories are applicable in the real world. His ideas are good however and get you thinking outside the box, hence why I would listen to more of them.
A lot of this is not applicable to the markets outside the U.S.A.
Unfortunately some of the writers in the book are not being as honest as maybe they could. When I Googled their names they did not always come up with positive reviews. Some were even being dealt with by authorities for large frauds against companies as well as individuals. Some were using pyramid schemes to make their money.
Overall there are some good ideas about how to set up your business and how to arrange for other people to assist you. But generally this book is not applicable to the UK market, or maybe even any market outside the U.S.A.
"Real estate Robert kiyosaki has a lot of content"
From a great deal of experience comes a lot of content you could call it common sense because when it is ready to you it feels like you already know it it is very much a America book in style but you can relate to it in uk terms I think to get something out of this book you need to re-read it
You get a feel for the information because it is so well read
