I thought it very onteresting. i have always known that thoughts were things and your subconscious is an extendion of you. i found this audio book fascinating,...intriguing. i would recommend this audiobook to those who are interested in a different approach to opening their consciousness.
The book is full of enormous amount of wisdom presented in short little understandable segments that really help focus the mind. Narration is clear and concise pleasant voice.
the subconscious mind is so powerful that we are so stuck on life. present. problems we don't read or meditate to train out mind. this book helps. us train our minds .
Just finished my first read... very deep information and principles about the subconscious mind and how it's developed.
You are what you think and feed into on a day to day basis...
In my own words,
If Conscious Mind manifestation is not consistent with peace and harmony, then keep it out, allowing it no attention or merit. Declare in such cases, Keep the Conscious Mind out of it and defer prayer and trust to the more powerful Subconscious Mind.
This book makes you stop and think. As a matter of fact I'm still mulling over several points brought to light. Examples of inner voice talk were given. I did find some of the language used in this inner talk hard to follow. However, it was enlightening to look at how self talk affects us. I came away from this book deciding that self talk is important. I just have to figure out the words that are meaningful to me rather than getting caught up in trying to make my self talk sound as deep and sophisticated as some of the examples
I won't because it stands alone, but if I had to maybe an extended more in depth explanation for the Secret
Whatever you think about you bring about so focus only on the good stuff!
