"Important but lacking depth and utility"
Would you try another book from Ann Weiser Cornell and/or Janis Daddona?

    Unlikely

What was one of the most memorable moments of The Power of Focusing?

Helped to narrow my mindfulness practice with case studies that had some personal resonance.

What do you think the narrator could have done better?

The narrator sounded a bit disingenuous with what sounded like practiced emotional nuance

Do you think The Power of Focusing needs a follow-up book? Why or why not?

Perhaps and with inclusion and comparison to other similar psych modalities

    Any additional comments?

I'm pretty new to this realm of thinking and practice and while I'm inspired by such books as this one, I'm getting the feeling that Focusing, Mindfulness, Mindsight, etc. are as much gimmicks as well developed and studied approaches.
