Inspiring
This book has a uplifting feel about it from the beginning to the last affirmation. Louise Hay is not only a marvelous writer but also an inspiring narrator. We are so fortunate to have her words and voice still with us as she continues on in spirit.

Amazing!
Wow! Louise Hay’s words and voice bring me such comfort and peace. I have frequently returned to her books over the years when I have felt in need of support and want a cheerleader in my life. Even though this book is from the 90s, the message is timeless. I felt my life going more smoothly while I listened to this book. I’m so grateful for her wisdom.

meditative, wise and full of love
I've been listening to Louise Hay's meditations on YouTube for years to help me heal, sleep, and realize the power of my mind. This book goes even deeper, Illuminating particular issues that many people might have. I listen to it over and over, and always hear something new. At the end of the book there is a recording of a healing meditation that I also play over and over.
