For the last two years, I have been bombarded by negative thoughts and anger. Despite fighting to get back to my normal happy self, I have found myself sinking deeper into unhappiness and anger. I have lost almost all my friends for reasons unknown to me.
My New Years resolution was to change my attitude and I bought this book and did not stop until the end. My attitude has definately changed and if someone could suffer so much, and still believe that there are no bad days.. Then who am I to keep all the resentment, anger and hopelessness. This book is the highlight of my year and I will recommend it to all my patients to read it...
Story was a bit too long. Overall message was great though! Talks about overcoming a struggle and the meaning of it.
"Too much information"
I felt there was too much focus on the pain story which seemed to fill over 60% of the book and the dietary and spiritual elements were distractions to the essence of what I wanted from a book that I was hoping to bring me a message of positive thinking.
There was too little on the actual basics of positive thinking, but what there was good.
"xx enjoyed listening to the book. I feel uplifted"
would encourage others to read it. Makes you realise the effect of positivism in us
