Nice overview for a sensitive subject
While very detailed and theoretically correct focus is too much on single study research promoting vegan diet. Glosses over PRP and other therapies along with missing peptide benefits. I would recommend this book as men typically shy away from knowing what their bodies need to be optimized when aging.

I recommend it
Everything you want to know about the penis, but we’re afraid to ask.
I am an elder and have all my original equipment and paint job. I am interested in optimizing my health. Herbs and food are my major tools for doing this successfully.
I took anatomy and physiology, but interesting enough. No one mentioned much about the penis. So when I ran across this book, it occurred to me that II can close the information gap that I had.
The book did just that, thanks doc.
Specifically, the Keagle exercises have made me even more effective and I don’t have to get up to go to the bathroom at night every night anymore.

Awesome and essential
Gentlemen, this is a must read. Not only does Dr. Spitz teach his readers more than most of us ever knew about our favorite organ, but he does it in a candid, relatable way. The endless penis puns and double entendres are hilarious, and help to keep the conversation lighthearted and extremely helpful, yet with a casual locker room feel at the same time.
Regardless of our sexuality, we love our own penises. With his insights and coaching I plan to keep mine healthy and in top shape for the rest of my life.
