The Miracle Morning: The Not-So-Obvious Secret Guaranteed to Transform Your Life Before 8 AM, by Hal Elrod, is a self-help book that explores the key point that the start of a person's day not only sets the tone for that day but also has a profound impact on the rest of a person's life. Indeed, Elrod explains that 95 percent of people struggle their entire lives because they fail to work on personal development, fail to start their days off right, and fail to choose to live differently....

I really liked this overview of the book. I'm at a point in my life that needed something simple and short like this. The advice are things we hear all the time but having it organized in a step by step process really makes it feel achievable.
This book will change your life by the author presents it in a way that makes it seem as if the miracle morning is the only way for you to get more power and momentum and The right frame of mind to lift off your day.
The author is very correct about making an hour at the beginning of each day to focus on mind body and soul!
The author comes across not as a personal development guru or a teacher but rather someone who is sharing their passion from a personal triumphant victory! Because the author is not trying to sell you another program or is a teacher of this philosophy the material comes across as very one sided in the way that you must follow the authors formula in order for you to have success in your day or morning.
The person I was listening to the audio with felt the same way. The content is good if you can't let go of the authors point of view as he explains that his process is the only process.
I like this short synopsis. It gives the jist of the full book, making it easier for the listener to decide to listen- or not. It's a quick listen, which I especially like for when listening with kids, as they can grasp the important points if the book without devoting hours to read or listen.
