This book brought such ease to me while listening to it! It is well thought out and she is well educated; bringing a well rounded approach to pregnancy and childbirth. I HIGHLY recommend this book!
So much wonderful information! I just wish there was a companion pdf with a list of the recipes. Having to repurchase a kindle/paperback version or go back through and write them down to get the best use of all of the great tips just isn't convenient.
