    Any additional comments?

I would recommend this book to everyone I know. My daughter is starting her sophomore year and I am going to gift her this book. She recently told me she has a lot of fears and I would love for her to see things as they really are. This book helped me so much! I was referred to it by Brooke Castillo, a life coach. I'm so glad I bought it. I've listened it to it 2 times but this 3rd time I will do all the exercises at the end of each chapter. Thank you Mateo!
