Very useful for meditation

This book provides guidance for the solo practitioner and for use with groups. Individuals can choose which practices more closely meet their needs or practice styles. I have enjoyed picking and choosing from the many options provided.

Short but easy because of it

Very short but succinct. Easy to follow, I think I'll be listening to it pretty often, especially while working or shopping.

Helpful Tools for a healthy lifestyle

I got so much out of this book! Quick, simple and very effective strategies are presented in short digestible segments with rich information. The small awarenesses and simple strategies presented in this book are so helpful and easy to implement in a world that’s just gotten busier and busier. Grounding ways to keep you grounded and “mindful” in your day, everyday ... which helps you be more genuine, real and productive. Being present in the moment helps remind you how self-care and self-compassion are so important. This then makes you more available and present for others. 5 stars for this one!
