And that’s saying a lot, I am 45, raised three and now am raising my granddaughter and I’ve been reading parenting books at least two or three a week since my son was born and that was in 1992. I actually run while listening to Brene Brown‘s books. I feel so good while internalizing the message she shares that I don’t want to stop. I run twice as far and feel five times better! She is engaging, real, professional and helps you maintain perspective while laughing along the way.

Enlightening, thought provoking!
I loved how Brené made examples from her personal life that helped me relate to her principles and concepts.
While this book is about parenting, I would recommend it to anyone seeking to develop and learn more about themselves.
I would definitely recommend it to every adult.
