I have read and listened to this book many times.
It is an outline for my transformation towards the freedom to live my live as I envision. I was pleasantly surprised to hear Peter's voice as narrator, the perfect choice. Good luck and much love to all those who read this. I suggest reading it over and over. Thank you, Don...for putting your insight and wisdom into words that even a 4th grader could understand...not a simple task for most of us.

Life changing
Playing at 1.5x was perfect for me. The narrator was excellent. It is a bit abstract and stretched my mind. I am excited to practice loving as described in the book.

Great Information
The narrator was great. The book tends to beat the philosophies into the ground, but I'm sure they did it so you will have a good understanding of the concept. For those struggling with things like substance abuse and alcoholism, there is a lot of value. If you just want to learn to be a better person this is a must read. There is also some value to those suffering from PTSI (Post Traumatic Stress Injury, I refuse to use the term disease) it will help you deal with the depression aspect of the injury.
