I still love this
This is my 2nd time listening to this and I am still learning. I am going through a heartbreak with my former boyfriend due to my mistakes and applying what you have said here. Which is to not give up so that it confirms his conclusion that my efforts were designed to manipulate him. Which is not the case. That is not my intention because I am willing to fight for our love. The best way I'm approaching this is to continue to speak his love language on a regular basis, no matter how he treats me. I know it's going to take time and I'm okay with it. My mindset is going to be whatever his response is, I'm going to love him in his love language for the long haul because I really love him and I'm willing to wait.

Not giving up
Great book. Highly recommended if you are struggling with your marriage. Once read you will understand her and surprisingly yourself too. If I would’ve read this a few years back I would be in a different position today. I finally understand her demand and what I needed to supply. Unfortunately after ten years we are going through divorce now and I had slightly given up. My attitude is different now that I can honestly say I understand her and her needs. What motivates me to not give up is the Q&A at the end. I will try my best to follow his advice and ideas to rebuild my marriage.

Even better the second time
I read this book 10 years ago while in a relationship that ultimately failed. Now, so many years later I found myself desperate while repeating the same patterns of every past relationship.
On the brink of divorce and feeling like it could not get any worse, I decided to review some of the past books that I have read. I was drawn to start with this one. These concepts only work when you use them. And over the last two weeks I have been and it has instantly transformed my marriage. I only wish that I would have done this sooner. Amazing book with the power to revitalize and renew. Thank you!!

Everyone Should Know These
I read this book, didn’t listen to it yet, but every single person should know these love languages. It would help us all be better at understanding one another and being able to truly fulfill what others need to feel happy and loved, along with understanding yourself better.
