If you have read most of Sharma's books, you will find that he repeats himself in this audio speech. So you may want to hear it to refresh some ideas but you won't hear nothing new.
Very informative stuff, some I've heard before but always refreshing to listen to again and again. If you only implement two things from this audio, get up earlier and do the hour of power and get a massage once a week. The hour of power will change your day and the massage once a week will help you achieve what you want to achieve during your week. Simple but so effective. For a quick listen when I am in between things I love listening to Robin. Easy on the ears and easy to implement. Thanks Robin.
Simple but straight to the point. Only the fish and chicken recommendation is not the best for a healthy and Good performance, but the rest is perfect.
Hello Rick, All of the info that you sold me here is available on podcast and YouTube. I expected more for my money in this 49 min book.
I like the videos Robin does on YouTube and was kind of excited to learn he had an audiobook. But the Energy Explosion is not a book at all. More of a keynote turned audiobook. Content was to minimal to really be worth the credit.
Is that all?

Always I was looking for a source of energy encouraging me to go further than I thought I can. Listening the audio I'm recalling to myself what is the most important in order to achive my goals. The advises delivered on audio could turn the life of any to a better sync with our enviroment, personally I'm trying to put in practice all of then, and every time I do feel I'm going back to my previous habits, I do take the audio and listening it again, focusing on myself, as this is a matter of practice, with the time it becomes a habit.
