In The Biology of Empowerment, Dr. Lee Pulos distills decades of research in the fields of human physiology and quantum physics (including groundbreaking new findings) into an extraordinary set of tools that will enable you to quickly identify and then change - at the conscious, subconscious, and cellular level - the belief patterns that are holding you back from growth, change, and total personal success.
Using the tools you'll discover in The Biology of Empowerment - including The Pendulum, The Ideomotor, the Emotional Freedom Technique, and many others - you will be able to:

I had just recently listened to the Power of Visualization by Lee Pulos and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Very powerful insight in that offering also. The Biology of Empowerment takes it to the next level. In both books he touches on many aspects of the mind, blending his knowledge as a psychologist with his obvious passion for self-development and interest in spirituality. Every concept and idea he discusses is thoroughly explained and backed up by credible sources such as research studies and his own experience with his clients over decades of practice. By providing these sources, he accomplishes his goal of convincing the reader's left brain that the consciousness-expanding concepts presented to the right brain should be absorbed.
This is powerful, life-changing information. If you are a student of New Thought teaching, Neville Goddard, Abraham-Hicks, Bashar, any and all Law of Attraction writers and lecturers, etc. you will enjoy Lee Pulos and probably be just as impressed as I am. He takes all that they've taught us and explains exactly WHY those practices work and how to harness thoughts in a systematic, practical way to create our reality.
I also enjoy his unique method of guided mediation. You have to experience it to know what I'm talking about; but, in a nutshell, he starts a sentence, then half way through, he begins the next sentence so there's a mix of guided mediation with subliminal hypnosis. He has a very soothing voice and calming delivery. I highly recommend his self hypnosis audio recordings also.
This thorough review is my way of paying it forward to hopefully convince people to take a listen. I just can't say enough great things about Lee Pulos. I'm surprised I had never heard of him before and it's amazing that, with all he has given us, he is not a household name. I have told many friends and family members to do themselves a favor and listen to these audio books. It is truly life-changing insight. I know it's already made a huge impact on my life. You will not be disappointed. Enjoy!
This book didn't really have much that I haven't heard before, I've been reading about this topic for some time. However, for someone just stepping into this world the author has done a good job of creating a good story line and supporting it with references to authors who are pioneers in the field. If you haven't explored this concept much, you will have your reading list set out for you.
I expected something different than a new version of "Think your way to success" strategy. This may be interesting to people who find following the exercise interesting. But not for me.
I got a feeling of "have heard it before" as I went through the chapters. Could not get past 3 chapters
Just started listening to this awesome audio book today. I'm very happy with this purchase. It's one of the best empowerment / self help books I've listened to. For one credit, it truly is a bargain. (This audio book sells for $200 on the publisher's web site.) I've listened to chapter one and I'm looking forward to listening to the rest of the book.
"Great content. Shame about the technical issues"
I love the work of Lee Pulos and this is no exception. However, what let this recording down for me were the numerous technical issues such as chapters 3 & 4 playing the same recording. In my opinion, things like that really let this otherwise brilliant audio book down.
Lee breaks down complicated matter in bite sizes pieces and then hammers it home.
If you don't take his advice; it's not for lack
