Establshing boundaries

I loved this book I have been manipulated for my relatives since ever and I have deicied to establish bounderires to them. This book has helped me a lot to discover myself and pursue to put myself in the first place. I am amused.

This book has immediate practical use and contains a lot of good tips and strategies combined with nice and clear narration. I would definitely recommend it and easily reread it.

Informative

I like the direct and logical delivery. the author applies his logic and planning to everyday scenarios, instead of just telling you what you should do or shouting snappy one liners. it was a very good and systematic way of laying out ways to say NO. would reccomend to push overs and guilt trippers alike.

Must read and listen this book

I would recommend this as a must read book. It talks about the practical issue one faces during his personal and professional life therefore he or she should know how important is the art of saying NO in one's lie.
