Cheryl Richardson presented her work very well. She was very knowledgeable of the subject. She provides excellent advice for people such as to slow down, not get so overwhelmed that you don't take care of yourself. She also provides challenges each month that you can do to help take better care of yourself. I think if most people would follow that sort of program they would tend to have better health and a better state of mind.
Yes some great information about self care
Being an extrovert who needs reminders about self care the book was great, I think this book would be ESP. GREAT for any and all introverts.
This is uplifting and informative, as others have mentioned, but I hoped for something a little more useful for my own life. Even tho I am a female, I preferred the thoroughness of the info (and delivery) in Drop Dead Healthy by AJ Jacobs. Laughter is GREAT for your health, and he really made me laugh! That's more my style since I am more recalcitrant in my health practices.
"Sweet but twee"
This was a bit basic for what I was looking for - common sense really! Found the voice sweet but very twee and thus got very irritating towards the end.
After listening, I find it hard to remember any point, probably because there wasn't really any...
