Super helpful

As a teacher, it was so helpful to have the insight of a doctor and some positive general strategies for encouraging those with ADD. As a PE teacher, we don’t get much support specifically to our field, but understanding how much ADD can work to my advantage, there were some basic strategies towards the end of this book that were helpful. I feel like more practical teacher strategies could be mentioned, but that wasn’t really the purpose of this book. Nonetheless, this is a great start for parents and teachers to understand they need to work as a team to help each child find their strengths (superpowers) and grown in them.

A great place to start if you have a child recently diagnosed.

As a mom to a son who toes the line with ADHD, this book was a terrific way to streamline my handling of the diagnosis as a parent. I want to literally hug the author/narrator for "getting" my kid.
