valuable information to add value to your day. 80/20 rule is better understood through the examples given in this book. really puts things like your time management into perspective.
The narration was not boring which helped me stay focused and retain info while I drove. The book provided good techniques and strategies to manage time and improve efficiency. I would recommend this book for those who struggle with procrastination and need to improve their time management skills to accomplish more goals.
At least for my personal self-management challenges, the advice offered is excellent. Many of the ideas are similar to ones that I've arrived at independently - after long periods of trial and error - as my most effective strategies. Others are new to me, and I'm already incorporating them successfully into my personal system for managing time, energy, and information.
I've long since come come to the conclusion that many things in life are not one size fits all. With that said, this book was a perfect fit for me. As many great ideas as there are here, the book sparked almost that many of my own.
I just finished listening for the second time, and believe I will take and evening with a notebook and good pen and record the ideas worth remembering to paper, and the actions worth taking to my calendar. Thanks for writing this Patrick King !
great advices and guidelines to stop procrastination! also motivational a bit.
very good book, useful and to the point with good metaphors to understand concept.
very practical also, most important thing
Being completely rewritten - by someone who can actually write!
Performance was fine, the narration was pretty good actually, just really bad material.
This was like one of those Buzzfeed "10 things to do" type lists. Was full of the usual cliched nonsense. Felt like i was being patronised the whole time, like it was aimed at kids or something! Got pretty much nothing from this, sorry, felt like a waste of money and time!
Many books offer long stretches of boring stories and anecdotes. this one gives you the solution and tools needed.
I am a Realtor so I am busy, but not too busy to listen to great books! :)
Short but very informative. I knew most of it but recommend it for people who do not know a lot about the subject!
