Real decent overview

Although I struggle with the definition of co-dependent, this is a review of about the overview of another book. For that reason, I am satisfied. This was a well written highlight of Co-dependent No More and sums up the main points.

Cody Out!

This is a bit ridiculous. I don't necessarily co-sign to this crazy I'm ok, your ok let's love each other deeply bs. Melanie Beatty hasn't a clue. She just basically gives the definition of co-dependency and writes what is already known. If I believed this piece of up the butt dooky story then I'd say about 90% of people world wide are in a co-dependent relationship. Psycho babble to keep someone employed. There will always be a problem to fix. May I add, maybe we would not need psychology if people would start to man up with accountability for their involvement in relationships.
