Hit the highlights and I filled in the blanks myself. Most of the concepts I didn't need elaboration on, but the topic of affirmations and visualization is unfamiliar to me so I feel I would have liked to read the full summary on this one. I didn't know what to expect from the miracle morning, but it is essentially the authors idea of key components of habits to incorporate every morning for success. I will try it out, but I barely able to find time to eat breakfast in the morning let alone meditate. I really liked how he explained how detrimental the snooze button is though and how to get out of that habit and why - I am SO guilty of it, from today onward no more!
