Around two hours of "My friend Bill didn't believe in himself, but now he does because of NLP!". I appreciate the concepts but I don't feel like this was an informative book. A bit repetitive and ends abruptly.
I love simple and affective self-help books and this is one of them.
I read several books on NLP by now but many of them are either boring or just stuffed with too much information that confuse beginners, but this book is a bit difference because it is short and the psychological technique really worked for me!
Unlike other self-help books, this one shows how to achieve your full potential step by step. It's not only stories about successful people and their life, but real guidelines how to become one; in a very clear and simple way.
Great book, I would recommend it if you're interested in learning more about NLP.
I have the audio book and I think the kindle version of this book. Having this are all the same and I guess it won't change the content of the book even on print version. Same in all version. Great book.
I like best the narration of fighting back against our limitations. Very motivational thought and it made me think brighter for now and for the future.
Great narration and amazing tone of voice.
It made me think and motivated to make massive action in my life.
The author is its best in writhing this very motivational and worth a read kind of a book. You will learn a lot and I mean a lot. Mindset and how you react to things is a pro in the changes we want in our life.
Yes I would recommend the book. All people have that pessimistic side that hinders goal motivation and would love to make sure that my friends will also realize the same things I did with the help of the book.
What I like best are the strategies that help develop thinking function about how to get the success that one is aiming for.
My most favorite part is when James, the Narrator, explains and convinces the listener to why and how this book can help.
I have only gone through the audio edition of the book
this is a great short read but very very useful.
The Practicing Mind by Thomas Sterner.
The narrator was dreadful and the content was poorly presented. Very disappointed with it.
