1.Take a adequate care of yourself.
2.Change your reaction.
3.Set aside time for rest.
In 6th chapter, Memory problems is my favorite.
Some points are very real and impressed me a lot.

I love this book very much. I noticed this book is very effective. Particularly now that I am actually stressed out to the max. Time can be rather stressful and the people around us seldom add to it. That's why getting this book has been a grace for me. When we are stressed, there are hormonal build-ups in our body that can generate harmful effects. This is one cause why we must avoid stress. But life is full of stress, though, this book also ordered me to use laughter to pull a stress-free reality. I also like the advice on how to be grateful and how to take time out for myself. Sometimes, this is what I forget, a time for myself. This is such a profoundly helpful book.
I think in today's fast-paced times, most people suffer from at least some stress in their daily lives. Personally I've been battling stress for a long time as I try to juggle the responsibilities of family, social and work life. Listening to this audiobook during my commute to work in the morning really helped me get a better start to my day, and I have noticed a remarkable improvement in my mood and thus productivity as a result.

This book is very good to read..I found this book very helpful. Especially now that I am really stressed out to the max! Life can be pretty stressful and the people around us sometimes add to it.
I don't know but the stress is different, it is more intense, heavier in the feeling that when I get home I just really want to lay on bed. Saw this book and I got interested, and when I have read it, I am glad I purchased it. There are just a lot of helpful tips, great inputs on managing stress.this book really good...

Wonderful book. Stress should be moderate. If a person is less stressed then he will be less motivated and creative. If a person has high stress then it directly affects health and work tips and advises are good. this book also told me to use happiness to attract a stress free reality.
I have some outlets of stress relieving but still, I got interested in this book. These are not to be ignored. Reading this book helped me realize the things and activities which I have to change in my life so that I can enjoy it to the fullest.

Also, the unique part of this book is the compilations of the “Manage Stress With Food, Exercise, Sleep, Meditation”. Very informative, useful and well guided. This book is really a great resource for those who want to learn more about Stress Management.

I found this book to be very useful while waiting to start treatment for a phobia. It's not a complete solution for me, but it has helped me to stop irrational thoughts and replace them with a more productive, or at least less worrisome, thought pattern.I am very glad to have this wondeful guide.I highly recommended
Very good excercises are provided....Lots of great insight, activities and information about stress and anxiety. The chapters are organized in an easy to follow way and you can use the book in any order you like. Each chapter is self contained so you don't have to stick to one particular order. I find myself referring to this book every now and then and it really has helped me cope with stress.I love the assessments it has you do so far to help uncover some of your stressors. It's a great way to try and do some self-help.
Stress is something we all feel on a daily basis whether we realize it or not. This book had discusses some common causes of stress and several ways to manage and eliminate it in our life. Meditation is one of those tips I have learn to apply in my day to day life to eliminate stress.
