Yes, absolutely. This is a very relaxing meditation that quickly calmed me down.
The meditation is very well written with some insightful advice. The step by step process gave my mind something to focus on and made me forget my problems for a moment. During the session, I didn't think about the day's stresses or tomorrow's to-do list. Instead, I was able to completely and fully relaxing. It's quite a feeling to be able to do that in the middle of the work and school week.
I'd recommend finding a quiet place first. If you have kids or pets, make sure they will not be disturbing you during your recharge time. I have found that my "me" time helps me be a better parent, spouse and colleague. This was a delightful way to recharge and get away for a while. Wonderful!
