    a cheap production.the speaker was bad,the sound effects (background music)came fron a transistor radio on the desk,if i could rate it and leave a review i would rate it as such .THUMBS DOWN how bout a refund

    after walking down the path and sitting on the rock by the sea i sat down on a rock and picked up a stick and wrote in the sand ?thats where i picked ap a smoke and lit up

    try to engage a little better as patronising the listener when they are the ones seeking help is a little unfair

    "Didn't work for me"

    Sadly it didn't work, I didn't smoke for about 12 hours after smoking which wasn't bad, but not a permanent solution as the author doesn't understand the problems of smoking doctor or not.



    On the upside it's quite relaxing to listen to.
