After buying this book I realized that it is just the same information being repeated from all of his other books. It was like he had no new material and decided to just cut and paste snippets of his other books and put it into this one. You could even hear it when he collaborates with other people. Like in the book he does with Rachel Meadows on photographic memory. Most of the books are 90% music with about 10 % speaking...this includes the announcement from Audible. Not happy.
I love this audio! He is very estimulating to my procrastination habits! The only problem with this audio is after you are very relaxed and sleeping the audio ends with a very loud woman finishing. Which then wakes me up!
I really loved it... I would say in my Top 1 for sure
I really just think the whole thing... not sure how it's happening... but I'm feeling much more focused and ready to take on the day!
It's not that kind of book...
Get Focused and STOP Procrastinating!!
I've been using the program for over a week and I feel like it's working. I've managed to do some tasks that I put off. Even went out and cleaned out all three cars this weekend just because. Never do that lol.
Biggest thing I can say is I've never slept better. Not sure if that is what it's should be doing but it's true.
After listening to the preview, I thought it was an intriguing idea; let your unconscious mind get its marching orders while you sleep. Besides, the price was so reasonable and Mr. Thielke's voice is very soothing ... so, I gave it a try. Well it worked! I started my morning knowing exactly what I wanted to start on and I was on a mission to get it done. Gone was my usual sense of inertia from feeling overwhelmed. I didn't start my day feeling tired! I'll definitely continue to listen and intend to try other offerings from his "Sleep Learning" series. Highly recommend.
Its hard to relax when the audio stops every two minutes. It would be better if I could actually download it entirely then listen. Maybe I missed something.
Barely started using buy if it doesn't help my memory or procrastination, it is still great at putting me into a restful sleep. That alone is worth it. Anything else is a bonus. Highly recommend that everyone try it for a few weeks and you will be happy you did.
It drives me insane that Audible sells these awesome things like this sleep book, but refuses to listen to its customer base and make a simple repeat option so it can be listened to how it's supposed to be.

night and another book through the day, I'm definitely more organised, proactive and do less procrastination. I couldn't ever truly say what it is down to but two weeks ago I was avoiding even the most important tasks in my like for some unknown reason and this week out of nowhere I feel confident and able to tackle them. Who knows? I will continue to use this audio in anycase!
