The transformation in my life is amazing!

I was crippled for ten years. I learned to put things off that weren't priorities. That became a habit. I needed help.
I listened to this book and the next day I knocked stuff off my To Do list that had been on there for years! My girlfriend was baffled! I was putting my clothes away and keeping my office nice and neat and no longer leaving stuff laying around! This book was the kick in the butt I needed! I still listen to it 2-3 times a week. I'm doing things for my business that needed to be dealt with that I kept putting off. Its made such a great difference in my life! I'm also sleeping so much better because of these audio books. I love the Sleep Learning System! I can't recommend these books enough! Find the ones that fit your need and start listening TONIGHT!

Overall Excellent but

I really do love this audio book the only drawback is that in the first 30 minutes after a pause just as Im relaxing there is a rather loud and pronounced TODAY that startles me awake. I usually listen to this while I am getting ready for bed so I am awake for thst specific part and it definitely helps relax me and I feel better and more positive in the morning ready to tackle the day.

exellent natural voice

probably the most natural voices in any hypnosis series.
