Wouldn't it be great to stop nail biting and begin growing beautiful nails today? You've probably tried and failed at several different methods to overcome the anxiety, attempting to never bite your nails again. Unfortunately, this isn't the simplest of habits to quit. The worst thing about trying to stop nail biting is that this is generally a lifelong habit. It really doesn't even matter why you are trying to break your habit as long as you are committed to the process.
Nail biting looks unprofessional. It reveals to others when you are troubled or experiencing anxiety. It is, after all, generally a response to the stress in your life.
Hypnotherapy is a great way to begin your transition to beautiful nails. When you use NLP in conjunction with hypnotherapy, you will achieve major results quickly. Habits are hard to break, but NLP helps to train your mind not to fall into the same behavior patterns. Are you ready to stop nail biting today?

All of his subliminals are pretty much the same. If you buy one you pretty much have them all. They are not bad but could be a little mure specific to what the title talks about.
"Didn't work for me"
I have used the services of a hypnotherapist in the past, and I was able to stop nail biting and cuticle biting successfully. What the service boils down to eventually, at least in my case, is somebody reading from a script (but it is tailored to your needs). That worked for me for a while - about a year or two. I think I had about four sessions if I remember correctly to achieve this. Of course, it is expensive to employ the services of a professional hypnotherapist, so I was hoping this would replace the need to do that.
Unfortunately, this "audiobook" didn't work for me after several listens. It may well work for some people, but I can only describe my experience.
