this book is so amazing i listen to it every night and day i get so much out of this book all her books are helpful and powerful
1. Prior to breast cancer diagnosis perception: Caroline Myss (author) too tough, harsh, arrogant and lacked love in her heart. Haughty even.
2. Post breast cancer diagnosis: Beloved , warm, loving, devoted, passionate and mentor. First book suggested was Anatomy Of The Spirit. Read a few times (in terrible fear period and had trouble focusing...hence Audible entered my life . Life changing. The other book recommend was Dying To Be Me. Together they got me started on a brand spanking new life, a much bigger life and healthy one as well.
This is a good book for meditation.
Change is difficult - change is worth it. I'm now in a shift. Granted it's been propelled in part by fear but also with love from a wonder medical intuitive who's also a Reiki Master & M.D. Who's gone back for more credentials in alternatives (such as nutrition, anti-aging, etc). I feel the love from Caroline Myss, the sincerity of her voice, the passion from which her experience eminates to teach what's needed. I'm profoundly in a shift becoming alive and living far in a sense I didn't realize could be mine in this lifetime. Lost 20 lbs on the outside but it's nothing more than a reflection of the journey on the inside. This tape speaks of rose petals...I give rose petals to Ms. Myss in gratitude for my life. Head bowed. Morning & evening meditations are long (for me right now) but as I go along feel they will become too short as my focus continues to grow with my self esteem improving and fear diminishing. Funny how that goes.
Quite detailed, and the most powerful juju on the spirit I have ever found. After 10 years, I'm digging out this meditation guide to affect a change. Like the lever behind the glass, break through and get this piece to launch yourself forward. Way forward.
I am very interested in this topic, but the overall performance was not something that I could listen to and absorb the information from.
"Consciousness...It's not easy but it's worth it!"
In this book, the amazing Dr. Caroline Myss takes us on a journey inside ourselves. Her examples really hit home. She shows us that most of us clearly know what we want, and usually start out filled with good intentions, but somewhere along the line never manage to completely dedicate ourselves to a spiritual practise which is the only true way to achieve consciousness. We all want it but we have a hard time disciplining ourselves into putting in that extra effort.
Caroline takes our hand and leads the way... showing us that we're not alone, that we can do it and that it really isn't easy but it's so worth it!
