In less than ten minutes! I could not believe when I woke at 7am that the whole meditation had played and I had slept! I will be listening to this every Night!
The imagery. The narrator is very good at painting the picture. I was able to be guided very well.
If someone is going through a bad emotional time in their life, there's definitely a possibility this would induce some emotional response, but not in a bad way.
I only wish I would have know the meditation in this book, is the same one twice. It's just tweaked slightly depending on what you're using it for. Chapter One is the meditation for general meditating/healing, and Chapter Two is the same meditation but geared toward you falling asleep.
Still, it's very soothing and I'm not upset I got it.
I am a big fan of guided meditation. My favourites are by Glenn Harold. I do feel safe listening to his soothing voice. ... But I have no idea what he says, since I am usually deeply relaxed by the end of a chapter and half conscientious at most.

Great to relax to have not used it long enough to comment about changes made but so far so good.
