I found that I like this book as it’s short and really can be listened to as mediation. I will say that you will feel the effects of it for weeks after listening to it!
I'm a long time user of hypnosis and I continue to enjoy Joel Thielke's sessions. This one in particular is very uplifting and rejuvenating. Especially if you are spiritual/religious because he allows you to envision an angel/guiding light connecting with you to drain negativity from your mind. I continue to listen to this session and often when times are stressful in my life.
I suffer from anxiety and listening to this defiantly helps me regroup and calm down from daily stresses. It's short but seems a lot longer because you're laying down listening.
This recording is very short. I feel I was awake for if not all, most of it. Then fell asleep from being so relaxed.
I could do without the long explanation in the begining. The recording itself is approximately 30mins long. Pretty good, I did sleep.
I was skeptical but after a difficult few months was willing to try something new. This audiobook is amazing. I went from a tangle of stress and nerves to feeling like a huge weight had been lifted from my shoulders. I am so impressed.
