The consequences of this journey are as practical as they are profound.

I have wanted to know and practice secret yogic practices like these for years. And yogani delivers.
Yoganis voice is very calming. Like a Meditation.
I have been doing yoga and meditation everyday for about 12 yrs. And have added spinal breathing to my practice.
"(for me ) The journey starts here..."
I decided to listen first, before trying the yoga practice discussed. it was read at a steady pace, which was easy to listen to, without me becoming distracted. Will read again ( in the whole & in part) to support lessons.🐚
"Many questions answered"
At first it was difficult to listen to because his voice was so monotonous but towards the end I actually found that quite comforting. So many questions where answered for me in a non mysterious way. There are no bells and whistles here it is just straightforward and I like that. I am going to buy some of the other books in this series as I know they will help me greatly with my own practice.
