I felt successfully guided to finally be able to merge with the real me. I felt an amazing joy and still feel the sensation of being connected. I hope this sensation last forever. It will be great to be able to live this projected reality while remembering what we really are. I I certainly hope that practice will help me to achieve that.

I would compare Loch's "Shift Into Freedom" with Eckhart Tolle's "The Power of Now" and Michael Singer's "Untethered Soul." Like those books, Loch's perspective redirects our awareness to the potential immediacy and all-pervasiveness of our freedom. Yet unlike those books, Loch is able to provide the listener with a variety of unique practices that help us tune into subtler dimensions of consciousness that are already awake, peaceful, accepting, and wise.
These glimpse practices provide straight forward and effective means to awaken, embody, and live from awareness. The approach is actually easier to learn in my experience than more mainstream forms of meditation or mindfulness yields more and deeper positive outcomes.

this is not the full book - it is only the 'glimpses' or exercises. the cover and title are virtually the same so its very misleading. I thought I was buying the unabridged book
large volume of mini meditations and exercises, very clear to understand and follow. A really excellent selection of simple techniques to direct us to return to the peace at the ground of our being, stripped of all dogma and religion.
