Tori did an amazing job reading her book! In addition it's helping me make a shift starting two weeks ago I've lost five pounds and feel better and need to keep going I'm a work in progress!
I wasn't sure what to expect not having read or listened to "The Shift" - but Tory Johnson f'ing rocks! I loved the vibe, the stories (some of which really made my cry), the enthusiasm and especially the genuine love and energy you can hear in Tory's reading. I listened to the whole book in 1 day and it resonated. I recommend this book in whatever form you choose and I especially want to thank Tory Johnson for opening her world, sharing her life and giving me a new found motivation I was on the brink of loosing.
